Abstract
Following new and pending legislation driven by the IMO and other regulatory bodies for the marine & shipping Industry, marine applications are undergoing a disruptive re-design to fulfill the de-carbonization of the industry sector. Alternative technologies are on the rise promising specific solutions but come at the expense of uncertainty. Multi-physics system simulation provides the answers these questions.
Learn how the multi-physics model-based approach helps to identify the cost-optimal marine propulsion/energy supply system and the emission saving potential of alternative fuels.
See how the concept of optimal controls minimizes the OPEX and finds the balance between system efficiency and system health.
In this webinar Markus Wenig will discuss his approach in leveraging GT-SUITE to meet the requirements of the industry from concept stage to in service operation.
